Initial Letter Lemon Cake

This is a quick cake I made before the end of the year. It's a simple lemon buttercream icing cake with accents in buttercream and ribbon. Very simple!

Oh, Christmas, how I adore you!!! Christmas desserts are in full order! These were some of the treats I whipped up for a Christmas party this year. The wreath cake is a tres leches cake with meringue whipped cream and fondant decorations. The cupcakes are red velvet with vanilla buttercream icing and fondant Christmas decorations, and I threw in a few star shaped sugar cookies for fun! Merry Christmas!!!

Girls' Trip Cupcakes

Howdy!
It was that time of year...my girlfriends and I were in a MUCH needed time for a girls' weekend getaway. In the spirit of making a fun out of town trip of just us girls, I made these cute girl trip themed cupcakes. We went to the "country" so to speak, and appropriately, the first thought that came to mind was a cowboy, or in our case, cowgirls! We got to wear the cowgirl hat that weekend, and rode tractors! We had a blast!

Cake Pop Bouquet

I.LOVE.CAKE.BALLS! I can't imagine anything cuter and more fun to eat that cake in a ball on a stick! Cake balls have been all the rave lately, so I figured I would make an arrangement out of them. These cake pops are made out of chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream icing (the cake is crumbled and the icing is mixed in together), and dipped in white chocolate. I adorned these with fun little sprinkles that I had in my collection of sprinkles, because a girl cannot have enough sprinkles! Presenting these cake pops in an arrangement made quite the impression. The little girl that I made these for was so excited, she could hardly eat one because she was afraid of messing up the arrangement! These sweets are very addicting!
